An Introduction to Cloud ETL with Azure Data Factory & Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Description: In today’s fast-moving cloud world, it can be difficult sometimes to evaluate new solutions on the marketplace that can satisfy Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) scenarios or data integration requirements involving Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Typically, we may find ourselves returning to “safe” options such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or to look at investing in potentially expensive third-party solutions, such as Scribe Online or KingswaySoft. With version 2 of Azure Data Factory, developers now have a solution at their disposal that has sufficient feature parity with SSIS, as well as offering a range of additional options. For example, the solution integrates natively with Azure DevOps and seamlessly utilises Azure functions to allow for bespoke custom code execution; all of which can be implemented for little or no cost. Within this session, we'll see how quickly you can get started using Azure Data Factory alongside Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and why you may want to consider it as part of your future projects.
Dynamics Data feeds using Azure Logic Apps and Service Bus
Description: With so many online services and third parties handling our customer interaction we want a simple and robust way to feed this information into our CRM. Using Azure Logic Apps and Service bus we can quickly build solutions to do this that also bring the benefits of pausing feeds, coping with bursts in demand and even replaying production loads against test system
An Introduction to the New Microsoft Forms Pro
Description: We will take a look at features available in the ‘in preview’ Microsoft Forms Pro. Using a built-in integration with Office 365, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform we can bring together survey responses with business transactions data under the security, privacy and compliance of Microsoft. See how to create dynamic surveys using piped variables, customised emails, a flic button and Microsoft Flow.
