I've confirmed with an O365 Global Admin that none of these new users had been granted D365 licenses or O365 global admin rights. However, they appear in my Enabled Users view preset with the Insights User security role selected.
I've taken the step of removing this security role from each user, but I would like to stop the automated process in the future.
Anyone else experience this situation?
