  • 1.  D365 App Not Showing For Some Users

    I have recently created a new app which was moved from the Sandbox to the Production environment. I have one user that doesn't see the app in the switcher. They see all the other apps. To try and fix this I have done the following

    1. Delete the browser cache (multiple times)
    2. Removed and the re-add the security roles required for the app. 
    3.Resynced (multiple time)

    Nothing seems to get the app to appear. 

    The user is using MacOS and we have tried Safari and Chrome with the same result. 

    Anyone got any ideas how we get the app to show?

    I had same issue - try using the direct URL to the app home page - have had app appear after using that link on two occasions - but triple check, groups, permissions etc by using the app access checker tool.
