    Hi Phil,

I have spoken to WebEx and GoToMeeting about integration with Dynamics 365 Marketing, and in both cases they have not made this available yet (requires building an api connection).

ON24 is the only live option at the moment, but that platform is more aimed at seriously large requirements, e.g. webinars in the 1,000's.

The obvious answer here is Teams integration and that is definitely on the roadmap.  However, the Team team are seriously busy, as we know, implementing changes to Teams in light of the CORVID issue.

    Watch this space...

    Hi both,

We've been able to integrate Dynamics 365 Marketing with GoToWebinar using Power Automate (nee Flow) with a few fairly easy flows and a small amount of development to smooth over the edges - Flow makes it relatively easy.

    We've not done WebEx.

For Microsoft Teams - this can again be mostly done via Power Automate and Flow, and then a few development tweaks via Graph API.  We've just started planning an integration for a new project on how the two can work together.

If useful, can show some of the Flows or Design to help get us started here?

Thanks Paul, We've got an integration going with Workcast that a couple of entities and a CWA. It might be cool for us to do a teams meeting to share this stuff with the community?

    Hi Paul,

I'd be interested in what you mean by your GoToWebinar comment 'development to smooth over the edges' at a level of detail that you're happy to share.

Phil, be great to find a good forum to share our working here - perhaps could arrange a Team Meeting via the community here to show how we've done GoToWebinar integration using Power Automate + Dev.

Alex, Power Automate and Flow give an easy way to start integrating D4M with GoToWebinar as the connector is really easy to get started with,

    This gives two initial actions:

    (1) Trigger a Flow whenever a new Webinar is launched, and this can then be passed into Dynamics as a new Event.
Flow to create a Webinar as a Campaign in Dynamics

The above example screen is a Flow for a new GoToWebinar to be created in Dynamics as a old-style Campaign - but is the same approach for a Dynamics 365 Marketing Event.

This can insert the Join URL into Dynamics which can then be used in Email Marketing to help publicise the Webinar using Customer Journey's - which then leads onto:

    (2) Trigger a Flow whenever a new Registration is recorded, and have this passed into Dynamics as an Event Registration.

We can then report on the Customer Journey to see how many attendees we are expecting, and map out follow-on activities in the Journey.

After that though - we find you typically need two further points to completely join the dots.

Whether people attended the Webinar?  At the moment, this cannot be obtained via Flow but is tracked by GoToWebinar - this can be done either by having a decent Spreadsheet Upload routine in CRM to take the Attendance Spreadsheet from GoToWebinar and upload into the Event Registration Records to complete the circle; or we can directly integrate with the GoToWebinar API to complete operations outside the current connector in Flow.

As everything is Rest these days - makes it easier on the development front, as not too dissimilar from Graph API and other Rest Services.

So depends on how far you take it to smooth out into a decent solution - Flow + Spreadsheet Upload will take you pretty far in having a joined up approach, but if you start integrating into the GoToWebinar Rest API directly, can give a more bells and whistles solution! (particularly as Flow is great for integrating into Rest APIs even without a connector)

That would be brilliant.  I'm sure there are a few of us that would like to see alternative options to ON24 until Teams becomes integrated
