We developed a portal in dynamics and we have a form in where we request the user to upload documents (pdf, jpeg, docx) files. The Attach file option of Add attach file section in entity forms in dynamics is invoked to upload/attach files. The  option to allow multiple files as well is selected.

The user can select multiple files and attach to it without any issues.

However if user selects files one by one, it is not appending with the previous attachment rather the record attaches only the last file user has attached so the previous file upload is overwritten and only the latest file appears.

We have the requirement in which if the user selects files 1 by 1 , it should add all the files into the CRM records without overwriting.

I received a suggestion to add JS however the solution is convoluted and I am not sure how to implement that.
