Hi Deepak, an alternative approach using old-style export/import could work if your Excel skills are better than your Power Automate.
The problem if you just try and import from your existing list is that it will create new records, not update. So to update you need to use a spreadsheet that is formatted with the hidden columns needed to allow CRM to update your existing records. So:
- Export your Contacts
- Use vlookup() or similar to match against your list of flags using email address, returning the updated flag value into your exported sheet.
- Import the updated sheet back into your CRM, it should update the records rather than create new ones.
Then the same again with your Leads. Do it with just a few test records first if you're not sure.
Carl explains better here it with screenshots ...

Subject: Making Change to Contact / Lead Field based only on email address
Hi,
I have a Yes / No dropdown field against our contact and lead entities in Dynamics CRM, which I need to change from Yes to No, however I only have a list of email addresses in Excel format of the contacts / leads that this needs changing for.
Is there an easy way to do this in Microsoft Dynamics? There are hundreds of contacts / leads I need to do this for so doing it manually is not really an option.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Many Thanks,
Deepak
