    Hello,

We are currently using Dynamics 365 and we have a customer (account) form. Within the account form we have a subgrid called "Bookings" which shows us 10 booking records associated with that customer account. If I click the ellipsis on the sub grid and then select "See all records" this brings up all booking records across all the different customer accounts. However what we would like to see is when we click "See all records" only to be shown a list of all booking records associated with that customer account as there are many more then 10 - some have over 100.

Is there any way to set the "See all records" to only show a list of booking records associated with the customer account. They show only related records on the subgrid but not when "See all records" is clicked from the bookings subgrid ellipsis.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Kind Regards,

You need to include the entity in the related area of the form as well as being on a sub grid.

Thanks for you're reply both. Including the entity in the related area form appears to have done the trick and now I can see related records only. Thanks very much.

Just to add to Dave's earlier post, we had this a few months back and tried the same fix but were confused because the entity was already in the related entities list.

It turned out that the related entity had *multiple relationships* to the primary entity and *all* of those relationships need to be included in the Navigation on the Form. And note: as at present I understand this is only customisable in the Classic form editor.

    Hope this helps!
