Business Rule - Case Resolution Subject field missing

    Hi All,

    We have come across an issue within Business Rules where the Subject field within the Case Resolution table is not available to select from the list of available fields with one of our customers (all environments) We don't see the issue on any other sites/environments that we have access to. I spoke with Microsoft Support and the Support Engineer informed me it was a bug caused within the 2021 Wave 1 Release (The customer is now running 2021 Wave 2 Release) The engineer still hasn't come back with the bug resolution and to be honest I'm not confident with his responses so I'm just seeing if anyone else out there has had or has the same issue and knows how to fix it?

    I have compared the table and field properties against a working environment and they are identical. There has been no customisations to this table at all. I have tried importing our working table into the customers dev environment in the hope that would fix it but it hasn't (it was worth a try)
