Our sales users rely on the Tracking feature to capture emails. Sometimes the email chain continues to track, but other times it seems inconsistent and the user needs to select track each time a new email is sent or received in that chain. Can anyone explain what the norm should be?
Not sure if you found your answer or not, but I did find this article that shows there are quite a few variables depending on your setup.
