OC Chapter Meeting Recap

  • 1.  OC Chapter Meeting Recap

    Posted Dec 15, 2016 06:13 PM

Hey Team! It was great seeing your lovely faces at our last chapter meeting.  We had a great turn out and a few new faces!

To recap, we had an open discussion regarding the multiple online apps that Microsoft has to offer, such as Social Engagement, Delve, Flow, etc.  Many of us (myself included) may not have had the time to dabble in these apps, so it was beneficial to get some solid feedback from group members who utilize Microsoft’s Online Apps on a day-to-day basis.

We also spent some time discussing the Focus 2017 user group conference to occur on May 7-12 in St. Louis, Mo.  Focus is the premier advance-learning conference for Microsoft Dynamic Users.  We’d describe it as a more “in-depth version” of the CRMUG Summit.  It is a great event for advanced users of Microsoft AX, CRM, NAV, and PBI.

Thanks to everyone who made the trek to Irvine to join us for this quarter’s meeting.  If there are any topics of discussion, ideas, or opinions you may have for our next meeting, please share!

We are looking forward to next quarter’s meeting and hope to see you all there!

    Great recap Angela, Thanks!

Good timing in sharing some of the insight of Focus 2017.  Ed G. as part of your chapter is part of our planning team for this event as well.  We are ironing out all the details to what "Focus 2017" is throughout December/January, but I just posted some more insight to this event in this open forum "Thread", in case anyone wanted to understand further perspective.
